Reevaluating Your Company
Sometimes, your company is doing spectacularly well. Sometimes, it isn't. In either case, every few years, you will want to consider what you are doing and reevaluate where you are going. I'm not talking about new products or services. We did that already, and you are constantly improving your products and refining your marketing plan as long as you are in business.
But, how does your current company fit in with your long-term personal goals? Are you spending too much time with your business? Or, too little? What was your goal when you started your business? Have you fulfilled it? What is your current goal?
Taking some downtime to contemplate this is useful for many business people.
